  • What are your handling times?
    During normal operation, depending on the size of the order our typical handling times are 1 working day. Smaller orders we may be able to ship same day. In the unlikely case of a delay with your order, we will notify you immediately. If you require your item urgently, we recommend selecting our 'Express Shipping' option at checkout. Orders that have selected the 'Express Shipping' option at checkout will be prioritised over standard orders.
  • Who are your suppliers?
    Unfortunately we cannot reveal that information.
  • My order has not arrived on time?
    We are very sorry to hear your have not received your order within the quoted time frame. All of our orders are sent tracked / signed for. At the point of shipping you would have received a confirmation email with your tracking number on. Please consult this to locate the items whereabouts. If you are unable to find the number please contact us and we will be happy to forward it on.
  • Do you test your products on animals?
    Absolutely not! We are all animals lovers and do not test nor do we source any ingredient or product from companies who do.
  • Are your products vegan friendly?
    Yes, none of our items contain animal derived products.
  • Can I collect my order in person?
    Unfortunately due to health and safety reasons we cannot allow any collections at our store.
  • You do not supply an item I require, can you get it?"
    We are rapidly expanding our product range and always welcome new product ideas. If there is a colour or fragrance etc we do not stock, do not purchase elsewhere, please get in touch. We are in contact with a lot of large scale UK manfacturers and may be able to get it for you at a cheaper price.
  • I require a smaller volume than what you currently provide on the website?
